Doctor Drags Nurse To Court Over False Rape Allegations

The Medical Director of St. John Specialist Hospital, Okota, Lagos, Dr Victor Unang has dragged his former auxiliary nurse, Juliet Nweke, 22, before a Lagos Magistrate Court for allegedly accusing him falsely of raping her and attempting to extort the sum of N3m from him.

Unang also accused the nurse of threatening to set his hospital ablaze if he failed to pay her the money within a reasonable time.

A police source said that the accused was arrested by the police at the Lion Building Division, Lagos
